We have designed our Leadership Development Initiative to create and train leaders, as well as emerging leaders, to reach their fullest potential. Instilling leadership also builds skills to foster greater self-confidence, inspire greater performance levels, and take the initiative. Leaders produce change, and our seminars and programs are designed to enhance leadership in churches and communities. Our curriculum is designed to build character and grow leaders who learn to serve others with respect, love, and a desire to enhance and develop their influence in their organizations and communities.
