Education and Building Schools Initiative

Education is essential in developing any country, and Omega Global Development’s Education and Building School Initiative in Africa is crucial in providing access to quality education. Through our partnership with schools, we can provide them with the necessary support to improve the quality of education they offer. By building schools, equipping them with modern educational resources, and providing teacher training and support, we can help bridge the education gap in many African countries.

In our first year, we completed our new school building, which opened in May 2022. We purchased new desks to meet the needs of our budding enrollment. We purchased whiteboards for all of the classrooms at our target school, art supplies for the students, and a new printer for teachers and staff. We provided over 750 total school supplies for the school. We recognize the importance of promoting cultural exchange programs between schools in the US and Africa. Through our Omega Pals program, launched in 2022, We have built a two-way learning experience where students can learn about each other's cultures and ways of life.
