LaShelle Shields Johnson is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Omega Global Development. LaShelle holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Anderson University. She has a Master of Arts Degree in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary and a Master of Theology Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary. She is an ordained minister with over 40 years in ministry and an accomplished pianist and organist. In addition to operating Omega Global Development, she facilitates a series of women’s workshops to encourage and empower women through Biblical examples and transformational education. She and her Co-Founder husband, Donald, also serve the Church of God Zambian churches and mentor refugee and immigrant families.

LaShelle’s passion for developing communities through leadership training, women’s empowerment, and child education has been invaluable in her work in Africa for over twenty years. Omega Global Development allows her to pursue her passion for helping local and international communities reach their full potential.
