Alexis Bouza is a vibrant individual whose path through music, education, and community service has molded her into a dedicated leader and educator. With a Bachelor's degree in Vocal Performance and a Master's in Ethnomusicology from Kent State University, she is currently pursuing a Master’s of Arts degree in Ministry and Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Alexis possesses a profound understanding of the cultural importance of music and its ability to inspire and connect diverse groups.

Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Alexis has deep roots in her hometown. Despite her strong ties to Cleveland, her adventurous nature has led her beyond its boundaries, including a transformative experience in Zambia where she served as a youth pastor and art teacher at a Christian school. This experience broadened her horizons, reinforcing her dedication to empowering youth and promoting education.

Presently, Alexis formally serves as the Youth Ambassador director, utilizing her expertise and passion to mentor and guide emerging young leaders. In this capacity, she nurtured a sense of community, innovation, and social responsibility among the upcoming generation.

In her new role as the Director of Omega Reach, a pioneering initiative by Omega Global Development, Alexis concentrates on forging essential connections with community leaders in the greater Cleveland area. Her responsibilities involve advancing economic development and education through cultural exchange and collaboration with young leaders. Moreover, she is committed to helping youth discover their purpose by exposing them to different cultures through travel and leadership development programs.

With a fusion of academic expertise, hands-on experience, and a commitment to service, Alexis Bouza is devoted to making a positive impact in the lives of young people and beyond.
